Frequently asked
What does Roost sell?
Roost sells infrastructure for autonomous work automation: a dedicated VPS, bot runtime, task orchestration, secrets, limits, monitoring and a workflow that drives tasks to a result.
Do I need my own Claude or Codex access?
Yes. You connect your own Claude/Codex access for the agent. Roost provisions the isolated environment, passes secrets into it and runs the workflow to a report or pull request.
Where does the team assign tasks?
Telegram is supported today. Git hosts: GitHub, GitLab and Gitea.
Can I move to my own server later?
Yes. You can take your config and move the workflow to your own infrastructure whenever you want.
How does billing work?
The fixed Roost subscription covers VPS infrastructure, orchestration, monitoring and support. Claude/Codex usage is billed separately by your provider; Roost lets you set limits so the agent does not run up the budget.
